ATTENDS ASNT FALL CONFERENCE Magna Chek Inc. attended the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Fall Conference in Palm Springs, California from October 25 through October 27, 2011. The conference covered a wide array of topics including seminars discussing the benefits of using nondestructive testing (NDT) methods and the exciting advancements within each discipline. Magna Chek Inc. is attended the conference to remain up-to-date and educated on the latest NDT information and advances. “Our company takes pride in maintaining and improving upon our knowledge of nondestructive testing. Magna Chek is proud to host Iraqi Engineers. 
Magna Chek is hosting two Engineers from Iraq as part of the Iraqi Engineer Enhancement Program (IEEP). The IEEP is a public-private partnership aimed to significantly further reconstruction efforts in Iraq. Supported by the U.S. Departments of Defense and State, the IEEP has selected five Iraqi engineers to participate in internships within universities and private sector engineering firms in the United States.
Magna Chek was asked to host two engineers with non-destructive testing experience. Upon their return to Iraq this summer, these engineers will be part of a team responsible to set up a new NDT facility in their country. Magna Chek is proud to assist with this outreach program.

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country.
